We were very pleased with the personal service that Charming Italy provided us on our trip to Italy in Sept of 2009. We have travelled to Italy 6 times in the last 15 years and have used many different agencies. When planning a trip to explore more than the typical points of interest, the limitations of travel agencies becomes very evident. That was not the case with Charming Italy.
They were able to save us a great deal of time in planning the trip and helping us select the areas and hotels we wanted to visit.
