1st day - food - learn how to prepare local recipes
Arrival at the hotel and enjoy its wonderful location overlooking the Gulf of Naples amidst luxuriant gardens. In the afternoon you participate a cooking class “hands on”, the lesson includes the preparation of a complete menu, from the appetizer to the dessert, you learn how to prepare the local recipes. The class is followed by a dinner with dishes prepared with accompanying Italian wines.

2nd day – history - explore Pompeii
After breakfast, at 9.30 am an English speaking driver will pick you up at the hotel and accompany to Pompeii with private mercedes . A local expert guide will meet you on site for a walking tour inside the “scavi”, Pompeii escavations and focus on every day life of the ancient inhabitants. After the tour and time for little shopping, your chauffeured car will accompany back at the hotel before lunch.

3rd day – natural beauty - full day excursion to Capri.
After breakfast departure to Capri with hydrofoil/ferryboat in the morning. Once in Capri meet your local expert Guide, to visit the Blue Grotto (sea conditions permitting) and reach the famous “Piazzetta”, the heart of Capri. Visit the highlights of the island, including Anacapri focusing on the history, the local traditions and hidden corners. In the late afternoon back to Sorrento with hydrofoil/ferryboat
